Angelo is a Partner at Alpha FMC leading the APAC Data & Analytics practice, based in the Sydney office.

He has a track record of successfully delivering strategic data and technology change in complex environments and specialises in data strategy, enterprise, data and solution architecture; with end-to-end delivery experience from project inception to implementation. He also has extensive expertise in target operating model and data governance model design.

He has over 15 years of experience that spans across various industries such as energy utilities, retail, airlines, petroleum, government and has specialist knowledge in the financial sector particularly asset and wealth management across both operations and technology; covering investment management front to back office for a range of asset classes / functions including alternatives and private equity, financial advice, and sales & marketing.

Angelo earned two degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney. His Bachelors in Business majoring in Finance, in addition to his Bachelors in Computing Science.

Angelo has a particular passion for experimenting with advanced analytics and AI to solve sustainability and impact measurement problems.

Bruce is a Melbourne based Senior Partner with Alpha FMC with 30+ years of industry and professional experience.

During his career, Bruce has provided strategic consulting advice to many leading investment organisations in Asia Pacific. His expertise has helped many leading investment organisations optimise their operating models to deliver the best investment outcomes to their investors and members.

Prior to commencing his consulting career, Bruce spent 8 years at HSBC Asset Management in a variety of senior roles across operations, product and business change. He was previously a company auditor and is a qualified Chartered Account with a Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Having spent 10 years in the industry prior to Consulting, he also knows the importance of delivering advice that is practical and implementable.

Bruce has delivered consulting engagements to more than 50 organisations, from the largest asset owners through to boutique investment managers.

Chris was most recently Global Head of Change and Transformation at HSBC Asset Management. Prior to that, Chris spent eight years at Alpha as a director within the Asset and Wealth Management business, leading projects across the value chain on a range of strategic programmes in the industry from Digital Distribution, Enterprise Transformation, Post Merger Integration, Outsourcing and Client Service. Prior to this Chris worked at Accenture.

A proven Investment Technology & Data Science professional with 20+ years experience, he leads the design & implementation of large scale, multi year transformation programs for Asset Owners across Asia Pacific. Specialising in Sovereign Wealth and Pension / Superannuation Asset Management, Eugene is a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest firms. With recent experience across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, Eugene’s passion is the modernisation of Investment Analytics across both Public, Private and Alternative asset classes through effective organisational structures, functional models, operational processes, and, of-course cutting edge tools.

Eugene presents a unique balance of qualifications and experience in technology operations & project management (Six Sigma, ITIL, Prince2) with a respected Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. This combination allows him to engage effectively across operational and investment teams.

His expertise spans the asset and wealth management value chain across both operations and technology, having successfully delivered projects covering investment management front to back office, financial planning & retail distribution, retail investment platforms, product administration, and sales & marketing. His main areas of expertise are Target Operating Model design, IT Architecture and capability road map development, and delivery of transformational change.

Kevin is a Partner at Alpha FMC, based in Sydney, where he is responsible for the regional investments practise across APAC. With a technology background, Kevin has 25+ years’ experience across asset management industry (with roles in IT, Ops and Compliance), Big 4 consulting and platform transformation. As APAC Investments practice lead, Kevin is tasked with leading the transformation of our clients’ platforms, operating models and systems – primarily across Asset Managers and Asset Owners – and has built strong relationships with our key vendor partners and Asset Servicers.

Kevin also brings global experience and coverage – having lived and worked in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and the US – and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool in the UK.
