Alpha’s Management Committee (ManCo) leads the North American team. They have a broad remit: from day-to-day management of the firm, to planning the strategy and development of the business, to recruitment, socials and wellbeing. Hayley manages recruitment across all of Alpha divisions in North America, including Asset and Wealth Management, Technology Services, Insurance, and Private Markets (Lionpoint). Hayley came to Alpha from Two Sigma Investments where she managed recruitment for roles within Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. She has previous recruitment experience within technology consulting, high-growth start-ups, as well as on the agency side.
Jesse joins Alpha as Recruitment Assistant in the North America region. With a non-traditional background rooted in the performing arts and casting, Jesse has enjoyed implementing a wide range of transferable skills to this new role at Alpha. Previously, Jesse joined a rapidly growing tech start-up to build out their sales team and and early careers department. He is passionate about contributing to Alpha’s continued growth within early careers programs, DEI efforts, and overall candidate experience.
