As a Graduate, you will receive a dedicated training programme that has been designed to provide you all the skills that you need for your role. Our programme focuses on a great training week abroad, along with your cohort. During this week and throughout the year you'll be provided with consulting skills, tool-specific training and soft skill training on a monthly basis. You will continue to develop whilst working on industry-leading engagements !

At Alpha FMC, we have many graduates who have progressed through all the grades (and often in a shorter time frame than our competitors due to the high level of responsibility we give our talent).

Vincent Mignon

Senior Partner and Co-Head of Europe - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

Vincent is a Senior Partner at Alpha France and specialises in advising asset managers and fund industry players. Prior to joining Alpha in 2010, Vincent worked within the financial services practice at PwC Advisory.

Vincent has a broad range of experience across the investment management landscape, including large-scale transformation programmes, operations effectiveness, front office space, and competitive analysis.

Vincent holds a Master Degree in IT Audit & Consulting from Paris Dauphine University.

Charles-Antoine Desjardins

Senior Partner and Co-Head of Europe - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

Charles-Antoine is an Senior Partner at Alpha.

Charles joined Alpha in January 2011, prior to which he worked for Solving Efeso, a consulting firm with a dedicated asset management practice. He has over ten years of experience in asset and wealth management transformation projects, with a particular emphasis on complex operational issues, operating model design and product development.

Charles-Antoine holds a BA in History from the Sorbonne, as well as Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Paris.

Marie-Vincent Bikouedi

Partner

Marie-Vincent joined Alpha in June 2017 and has a strong track record of delivering large and complex programmes for Asset and Wealth Managers.

She helps clients build market-leading capabilities, drive organisational change, TOM, and redesign business processes.Marie-Vincent has developed industry expertise across Distribution functions, including Sales, Marketing, Client Service & Experience, as well as Digital and Technology Transformation. She currently leads the Client & Digital practice at Alpha France.

Prior to joining Alpha, Marie-Vincent built her expertise at State Street Global Advisors. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESG Management School (Paris) and a Bachelor’s degree from Griffith University (Brisbane).

Franzisca Benze

Partner

Franzi is Partner and Co-Head Germany at Alpha, and leads Alpha’s ETF proposition in Europe. She has over 10 years of consulting experience in financial services, advising asset management clients on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Alpha in London in 2018, Franzi worked at Accenture. She moved to Frankfurt in 2021 to launch and grow Alpha’s German office.

Franzi has worked with asset managers across a wide range of business and transformation topics, supporting clients from strategy development through to implementation.
