We have many graduates who have progressed through all the grades (and often in a shorter time frame than our competitors due to the high level of responsibility we give our talent).

Senior Partner

Hi my name is Sarah – I’ve been at Alpha 5 years and am currently a Senior Partner based in our NYC office. As a leadership team, we are really excited about hiring interns and graduates into our teams. We’ve seen many gradates join and go on to be very successful – so would encourage you to apply today if you find a role that suits your profile. Today I’m going to share 3 qualities that make candidates stand out for me:

My first one would be candidates that can show that they have logical and structured thinking. This is really important in consulting – we spend a lot of our time thinking through problems and articulating and discussing solutions with our clients – so someone who has this ability is a big plus point
Secondly, I would say it is important that candidates have an interest in the industry that we work in. You don’t need to be an expert or have a lot of knowledge in our space – we know that interns and graduates are new to our world – but it goes a long way for candidates to show that they have a basic understanding of what we do and have taken the time to read about what is happening in our industry.
Finally, we are looking for candidates who are really excited about joining and contributing to the team. I think this role is best suited to those who are eager to learn, and want to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
