We have many graduates who have progressed through all the grades (and often in a shorter time frame than our competitors due to the high level of responsibility we give our talent).

Senior Partner

Hi my name is Sarah – I’ve been at Alpha 5 years and am currently a Senior Partner based in our NYC office. As a leadership team, we are really excited about hiring interns and graduates into our teams. We’ve seen many gradates join and go on to be very successful – so would encourage you to apply today if you find a role that suits your profile. Today I’m going to share 3 qualities that make candidates stand out for me:

  • My first one would be candidates that can show that they have logical and structured thinking. This is really important in consulting – we spend a lot of our time thinking through problems and articulating and discussing solutions with our clients – so someone who has this ability is a big plus point
  • Secondly, I would say it is important that candidates have an interest in the industry that we work in. You don’t need to be an expert or have a lot of knowledge in our space – we know that interns and graduates are new to our world – but it goes a long way for candidates to show that they have a basic understanding of what we do and have taken the time to read about what is happening in our industry.
  • Finally, we are looking for candidates who are really excited about joining and contributing to the team. I think this role is best suited to those who are eager to learn, and want to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
