Chris is the Head of UK, MENA and APAC for Asset & Wealth Management Consulting at Alpha. Chris is responsible for a team that is leading industry change projects across these regions.

Chris was most recently Global Head of Change and Transformation at HSBC Asset Management. Prior to that, Chris spent eight years at Alpha as a director within the Asset and Wealth Management business, leading projects across the value chain on a range of strategic programmes in the industry from Digital Distribution, Enterprise Transformation, Post Merger Integration, Outsourcing and Client Service. Prior to this Chris worked at Accenture.

Morten is a Partner at Alpha. Based in Abu Dhabi he heads up the MENA Technology Consulting team.

Morten has over 20 years experience within the asset management industry, leading business and technology transformation projects and advising on implementation best practices with a focus on achieving high return from software investments and as a subject matter expert.

Morten joined Alpha in March 2019, prior to which he held senior level roles at SimCorp, clients and as an independent specialist.

Morten hold a master’s degree in accounting and finance from University of Southern Denmark.

Phil is a Partner in Alpha’s MENA Asset & Wealth Management Consulting practice with deep experience advising investment institutions across the UK and GCC. He specialises in data, reporting and investment platform transformation, supporting clients through complex, front-to-back change across the investment value chain.

His work spans strategy, operating model design and technology-enabled execution, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the region to deliver sustainable, business-critical transformation.

Tom is a Senior Partner in Asset & Wealth Management Consulting at Alpha with over 11 years experience in the industry and 15 years as a consultant helping clients to transform their businesses primarily through the use of technology.

Tom has significant experience working in the Middle East having spent five years based in the UAE working across a range of technology programmes helping clients to implement Investment Books of Record, Performance and Risk management systems.
