Senior Partner and Co-Head of Europe - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting
Charles-Antoine is an Senior Partner at Alpha.
Charles joined Alpha in January 2011, prior to which he worked for Solving Efeso, a consulting firm with a dedicated asset management practice. He has over ten years of experience in asset and wealth management transformation projects, with a particular emphasis on complex operational issues, operating model design and product development.
Charles-Antoine holds a BA in History from the Sorbonne, as well as Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Paris.
Vincent is a Senior Partner at Alpha France and specialises in advising asset managers and fund industry players. Prior to joining Alpha in 2010, Vincent worked within the financial services practice at PwC Advisory.
Vincent has a broad range of experience across the investment management landscape, including large-scale transformation programmes, operations effectiveness, front office space, and competitive analysis.
Vincent holds a Master Degree in IT Audit & Consulting from Paris Dauphine University.
Veit is a Head of Germany and member of the European Management Committee for Asset & Wealth Management Consulting at Alpha. Prior to joining Alpha, Veit held operations and technology leadership roles at UBS Asset and Wealth Management. Veit has worked extensively across Europe, consulting to a range of leading asset managers, servicers and wealth managers. He has a breadth of experience across all aspects of the asset management business ranging from major change programs to corporate strategy and operating model definition.
Marie-Vincent joined Alpha in June 2017 and has a strong track record of delivering large and complex programmes for Asset and Wealth Managers.
She helps clients build market-leading capabilities, drive organisational change, TOM, and redesign business processes.Marie-Vincent has developed industry expertise across Distribution functions, including Sales, Marketing, Client Service & Experience, as well as Digital and Technology Transformation. She currently leads the Client & Digital practice at Alpha France.
Prior to joining Alpha, Marie-Vincent built her expertise at State Street Global Advisors. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESG Management School (Paris) and a Bachelor’s degree from Griffith University (Brisbane).
Lewis has over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, the last 6 of which have been within professional services. Having earned his stripes on the agency side, he stepped across to an in-house role in 2017 before then moving to Alpha in 2022 to manage the UK function. Whilst overseeing the UK team he also manages senior level recruitment across the UK and strives to continually develop Alpha’s strategy going forwards. He is passionate about change management and harnessing technology to improve the recruitment process at any given opportunity.
Outside of work, Lewis enjoys living an active lifestyle, going on adventures with his dog Spike and anything adrenaline filled!
